We want you to completely fall in love with your Supernova pieces. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help.

Our Policy You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

⚠️ Important: Hygiene Exception for Earrings For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings (pierced jewelry) unless the item is faulty. This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensures every pair of earrings you receive is brand new.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging (boxes/pouches).
• Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@supernovalondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the return instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and post them to: Jonturk Ltd (Returns), 33 Pembridge Road, London, W11 3HG
